About Me
Hi, I’m Zoe Botbol, a 42-year-old single mum of two, a certified 200hr RYS Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer, and someone who truly understands the challenges of juggling life, kids, and the demands of a busy career.
For 15 years, I thrived in the fast-paced media industry, running a successful headhunting business, coaching top leaders, and helping professionals shape their careers. I worked alongside some of the most influential media leaders in the UK and globally, but despite my success, I realised something was missing, my true passion was helping people transform their lives, not just their careers.
Fitness and wellness have always been my anchor. I’ve always been into fitness, from years of CrossFit, marathon running, and now focusing on weight training and yoga. But after having my son almost three years ago, I went through my biggest transformation yet, completely reshaping my body, losing stubborn fat, and rebuilding my strength. More importantly, I’ve focused on becoming stronger, healthier, and more energised as I get older. Because fitness isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about longevity, confidence, and thriving in every stage of life.
Now, I’m here to help both men and women reclaim their health, build strength, lose stubborn fat, and feel their absolute best - without spending hours in the gym or following restrictive diets.
